Each form response is stored in the Formtopia Form Store. You can review and manage Responses from the PowCloud Dashboard and you can configure workflows to provide notifications and route responses to other systems.

Supported Workflow Integrations

  • Slack - send response summary and link to the response to a slack channel

  • Email - send response to an email malibox or group

  • MailJet - Update a contact list with new responses
